My name is Baylee, I am a baby stylist who has a passion for all things hair. My specialty is color & cuts, as well as the integrity/health of your hair! I LOVE to chat and form true relationships with everyone in my chair. Here at Oak and Willow I have found my salon family..now I’m hoping to add to that with new clients💕

I have been a stylist for the last 14 years. I started as an assistant when I was 15 and have worked up since then. I have worked at fusion salon and also doing customers in my home salon. I love working with fun, crazy colors and also love simple blondes and cuts. Whatever you want, I always try to make it my goal to achieve it, in the healthiest way possible of course!!
